I understand what you saying. I am a distributor in Massachusetts. My local customers like the personal touch I am able to provide being in their local area. I do provide a greater part of their information through emails, phone and mail as well. So being close they have both ways of staying in touch. I do find however that wanting the distributor to stay in touch and provide support comes from both sides. Many distributors have other jobs as well and I always tell my customers to feel free to call me any time so that they do feel like that have the extra support. The ingredients displayed on the Shapeworks and other Herbalife products are not 100% natural and contain ingredients that if taken by persons on certain medications or with health problems can result in illness and death. They also contain artificial sweetners and chemicals that are disquised by ingredient names that are not forthcoming in their discriptions. Salespeople that push this product are endorsing it as though they have a PHD in nutrition, when they have no idea what they are selling. You as a sales person are responsible for any damage your lack of education and your uplines education is sorely lacking in fact. Please consult an "outside" nutritionist or doctor of nutrition before continuing to push the sale of these products using distorted and outright lies you speak as though true from those cd's, dvd's and "meeting". GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!
